The 130 m² (1405 ft²) apartment feels much larger because of the well-designed open floor plan. You will be surprised at the size of the master bedroom suite with a large walk-in closet and in-suite bathroom with double sinks and granite counter tops. Extra storage is also found in the master bathroom. The second bedroom has very spacious floor to ceiling Euro style closets. Floor to ceiling linen closets in the hallway provide additional storage.
The all-Frigidaire spacious kitchen includes refrigerator with icemaker, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. Granite counter tops complete the kitchen. While working in the kitchen you can enjoy ocean views. A front loading Frigidaire washer and dryer combination occupies the adjacent laundry room. There is lots of wall space to add cupboards and storage in the laundry room.

Playa Serena has 24/7 security with guards at the front entrance and the beach entry. A lovely social area, pool, and gym are features of the complex. Best of all, walk down to the beach which is normally nearly deserted during the week. Take a dip in the warm Pacific water, take nice long walks in either direction, or simply plop your beach chair down and read a book.
