Terry Bradford-Gugel has had a long and successful career in real estate as a Realtor and Senior Loan Officer for 29 years, based in Newport Beach, California. She began her career in 1974 as Assistant Leasing Agent with a company that built strip centers in California and Arizona. Her real estate college coursework focused on real estate, real estate law, financing/economics, including marketing and advertising.
She was in demand as a speaker in Southern California, where she gave seminars to four different Boards of Realtors in types of loans and credit issues. Terry’s largest single transaction was as a Senior Loan Officer for a home for $22 million in Laguna Beach, California. She expanded her horizons by having three inventions in the state of California for the banking industry, revolutionizing the way credit and fee-based earnings were managed as it relates to credit and real estate loans.
In 1982 Terry was the founder and served as president and top producer of her own real estate and mortgage broker and banking corporation with nine divisions. She served the independent banking industry, real estate offices, and the law enforcement community for 10 years.
In 1992, Terry was asked to serve as Executive Vice President of E.F.M. Mortgage Bankers based out of Burbank, California, for seven years. During her tenure with EFM, as a Senior Loan Officer she closed in excess of $250 million in loans in 45 days which to her surprise was published in the newspapers. Additionally, Terry owned and operated two corporations in California prior to forming Origen Real Estate Consultants, Inc., in Panama.
