With a population of over 100,000 inhabitants, the district of Juan Diaz is the most populous of the Panamanian capital. In the last decade, the village of Juan Diaz has become the focus of enormous real estate development, including large apartment projects, which has resulted in a large increase in population and hence trade.
MetroMall is the new shopping center located on Via Tocumen 10 minutes from Tocumen International Airport.
